Refund Policy

Sublime Hi-Fi handles returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product is faulty, not as described, does not match a sample, or fails to perform as expected. These rights cannot be excluded and apply in addition to any manufacturer warranties.

If a product is believed to be faulty or incorrect, contact should be made as soon as possible so return instructions can be provided. Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals and accessories, and be in as-new condition unless the fault prevents this.

Returns are generally not accepted for make a change of mind, preference, or finding the product elsewhere at a lower price. Customers are encouraged to choose carefully.

The following conditions apply:

Discounted and second-hand items are final and not eligible for return or exchange
Custom or special-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
Items showing visible signs of use, wear or damage may be refused or subject to reduced credit

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. It is recommended that return shipments are insured, particularly for high-value items.

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, particularly for limited-demand or special-order items. Order cancellations may incur an administration fee, and higher fees may apply to special orders due to sourcing and logistics costs.

Where products are supplied on a trial or audition basis, a return period of up to 10 days may be offered. Items must be used in a normal domestic environment and remain unmodified. The customer must notify Sublime Hi-Fi within this period if they intend to return the product.

Returns are typically assessed within five business days of receipt, and the appropriate resolution—repair, replacement, credit or refund—will be advised.

This policy does not limit or replace any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
