
Shipping Policy
Sublime Hi-Fi aims to provide a reliable and transparent shipping experience across Australia and, where applicable, internationally.
Shipping costs vary depending on the product. Many items include complimentary shipping, while others are calculated using Australia Post or Courier rates. Shipping is provided at cost or below, with no added margin.
Orders are usually dispatched once full payment has been received. In-stock items are typically shipped the same or next business day. Estimated delivery timeframes are approximately 3–4 business days for the East Coast, 4–5 days for central regions, and 5–7 days for Western Australia. If a product needs to be sourced from a supplier, an additional 1–2 business days may apply. Where items are backordered from overseas, expected delivery timeframes will be advised.
Smaller items are shipped via Australia Post, with tracking details provided upon dispatch. Larger items may be delivered via courier, and customers may need to be available during business hours to receive delivery.
International shipping is available for selected items. Certain products, including speakers and larger components, may be restricted to local distribution channels. International customers should contact Sublime Hi-Fi for a shipping quote prior to purchase. Free or fixed shipping offers apply to Australian orders only. Sublime Hi-Fi reserves the right to decline international orders where logistics, supply constraints or costs make fulfilment impractical.
If an item is listed as a special order, a deposit may be required prior to sourcing the product. While estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith, they are not guaranteed due to potential manufacturing or shipping delays.
